A dive boat can be an expensive cost to a diver’s hobby.  Coming onto the market are inflatable dive boat types that are considerably cheaper and easier to store and transport.  They are typically hard bottomed inflatable boats and can have various engines to be powered with.  Other attachments can add to the functionality to meet the needs anyone can have for the inflatable dive boat. 

The engine types for an inflatable dive boat can be outboard or inboard engines and be high output high powered engines which smaller inflatable boats aren’t able to handle.  Gas powered engines are the norm since electrical engines aren’t the powerhouses gas ones are nor have the endurance to travel as far as the large gas engines.  An inflatable dive boat is easier to transport for it’s lighter weight and ease of launching.  A group of 4-6 men can lift it into the water although a launching ramp is preferred.
